I'm happy you are here visiting my website! I would like to share with you my background as a therapist, and hopefully you'll find that I can be a good fit for helping you grow to become a healthier you!

My passion is to advocate for, and assist in bringing out a sense of resilience and self-efficacy in those who are vulnerable, and in need of unbiased support. It's important to me that I create a safe atmosphere for you to progress, and help you equip yourself with what you need to positively manage your life.  

I have worked with a range of different challenges such as anxiety, trauma, depression, life transitions, and ADHD. Therapeutic interventions I typically utilize in therapy sessions are EMDR, cognitive behavioral (CBT), play, and person centered treatment modalities. However, other interventions within my scope of practice that may be more suitable for you, can be applied to accommodate your needs.   

Throughout the 5 years I have been in practice, many clients have given me the opportunity to guide them through life's obstacles. I would love to connect with you to help you learn and develop practical ways to improve your wellbeing!
