The Infants & Toddlers program is available for children birth-3. The Child Find program is offered to children ages 3-21.

Helps families of children with special needs, ages birth-21. Advocates for children, building partnerships with educators, network with other families, access community resources and address everyday life issues. Includes workshops for families, newsletters, Individual Educational Plan (IEP) assistance, parent support, a lending library, and service referrals.

Howard County Teen Parent & Outreach Program

A school-based day program offered through Howard County Public Schools, offering: Support groups, parent education, and prenatal health education.
